Messages include responses to your inquiry, property offer follow-ups, appointment scheduling and confirmations, and reminders related to your request.

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box (which is never pre-checked) and submitting a form on www.ubuntuenterprises.com, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or sale.

3. Message Frequency

 

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, typically up to 10 messages per month.

4. Cost

 

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to Opt Out

 

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.
